What is SwapSwop?

SwapSwop is a platform for instant cryptocurrency exchanges. It is a tool that allows you to work with 400+ coins and tokens without restrictions and limits. We want your cryptocurrency experience to be as safe, simple, and efficient as possible, and crystal clear.

Do I have to register to make an exchange?

No. SwapSwop is registration-free, no sign-up is needed.

How does it work?

Easy as pie. Choose the pair you want to swap, send in your deposit, specify your receiving address and let us do the rest. The full guide is here, make sure to check it out.

What type of Memo should I specify in Stellar (XLM) transactions?

You can specify either Memo Text or Memo ID for correct transaction processing.

What are your fees and commissions?

All fees and commissions are included. We try to keep our fees as low as possible to be competitive. Usually, we have a dynamic commission of 0.1% to 0.7%, but most often it is 0.3%.

Is there KYC?

We proceed with some of our exchanges through our partners. If their system suspects your assets of illegal activity, they will inform us about this. Then we will ask you to go through the KYC procedure. During all the time we have encountered this situation only a couple of times. So we'd say that this is the exception, not the rule.

Can I buy crypto with my credit card?

Not yet, but we’re working on this option.
